As part of our ongoing work on plant breeder’s rights (PBR) reform , IP Australia has published six independent reports from the University of Queensland (UQ) on the plant breeder’s rights (PBR) system. The reports make several recommendations for potential reform to the PBR system. We are currently considering the recommendations.
